Lawp in the restructuring of Allegrini Group

graffio

The Verona-based wine group Allegrini has divided its main assets between Veneto and Tuscany as part of a corporate restructuring and governance overhaul.

Lawp, with Paolo Giovannini, assisted Marilisa Allegrini and her daughters Carlotta and Caterina within the tax matters of the group’s restructuring.

Marilisa Allegrini and her daughters will retain ownership of the Tuscan estates, Poggio Al Tesoro in Bolgheri and San Polo in Montalcino, as well as Villa Della Torre in Fumane, which serves as company’s headquarters.

Francesco, Giovanni, and Matteo Allegrini, heirs of Franco Allegrini, will acquire the majority stake in the Verona-based companies Allegrini and Corte Giara, rooted in the Valpolicella region, and will lead them together with Silvia, heir to Walter Allegrini
