Legal assistance to a company listed on the MTA market for the execution of a transaction aimed at the issuance of convertible bonds and warrants.

The Firm provided assistance to an Italian company listed on the MTA market management by Borsa Italiana SpA for the conclusion of an investment agreement with an international strategic investor for raise financial resources through the issuance of convertible bonds and warrants reserved to such investor.

The Firm supported the Client in the drafting and negotiation of the investment agreement, of the relevant regulations governing the bond and warrants, as well as in the definition of the security package and in the relevant corporate compliance fulfillments.
