The Firm provided legal and tax assistance in the structuring and drafting of the legal frameworks aimed at ruling the management of certain private art collections, in compliance with the Legislative Decree 22 January 2004, no. 42 (“Code of cultural heritage and landscape”).

The Firm has drafted, amongst others, the legal documentation providing the terms and conditions of the artworks managements, transfers and the governance rules among the family branches.
