LITIGATIONS: FROM TAX COMMISSIONS TO CASSATION APPEALS

“The accountant’s assessments at the levels of merit in view of the judgment of legitimacy and the new features provided by the tax justice reform bill” is the title of the Specialised Course – divided into 2 sessions of 3 hours that will be broadcast live on the web – organised by Eutekne Formazione with the participation of lecturers Dario Augello and Gabriella De Mattia.

In particular:

– the first meeting will be held on 28 June 2022 at 2.30 p.m. during the live webcast “THE NEW PREJUDICIAL REFERENCE AND THE APPEAL IN CASSATION”

– the second meeting will be held on 7 July 2022 at 10:00 a.m. during the live webcast “FROM THE APPEAL IN CASSATION TO THE REFERENCE JUDGMENT”.
