The Firm provided legal and tax assistence to certain high net worth individuals and a family office active in the sport business in the structuring and execution of real estate transactions concerning the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties located in Spain, France, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.

In particular, the Firm supported the clients in the definition of the contractual and corporate aspects connected to each transaction, herein included the analysis and drafting of preliminary agreements governing the transactions and of customary guarantee instruments to grant the performance of contractual obligations, also supporting and coordinating foreign firms and professionals appointed in each jurisdiction. The Firm also assisted its client in the definition of the relevant fulfilments under a tax perspective.
