Drafting of consolidated financial statements for an Italian multinational group

Our Firm assisted an Italian company with several foreign subsidiaries in the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements.

This professional activity consisted in the reclassification of the balance sheet items according to the financial statement formats provided for by the Italian Civil Code, as well as the reconciliation of  the operating and financial balances of balance sheet items relating to intra-group transactions and their related consolidation adjustments and the preparation of the consolidation adjustments of the shareholding values recorded in the financial statements of the parent company against the shareholders’ equity of the subsidiaries.
