The Firm provided assistance in favour of a company operating in the manufacturing of pressure regulators and other measuring components in the drafting and negotiation of an agreement for the supply of products to a multinational company active in the same market.

In particular, the supply agreement contained detailed provisions concerning protection instances of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), activities to be performed for the obtainment of products’ certification under national and EU rules, as well as obligations concerning the marking of products, preparation of technical documentation and obtainment of conformity declarations.

The supply agreement also included specific clauses in favour of the manufacturing company aimed at protecting the business relations with existing clients, as well as IP rights and relevant know-how acquired in relation to the manufacturing process.
