The Firm provided legal and tax assistance in the definition of a trust deed and in the incorporation of a holding company controlling subsidiaries actively operating in the representation of professional athletes and in the management of the relevant image rights, as well as in undertaking and managing private investments.

The Firm’s assistance concerned, in particular, the drafting of the deed of trust and all documents required for the incorporation of the holding company and of the relevant subsidiaries operating in the above-mentioned sectors.

Furthermore, the Firm provided support in the definition of the corporate governance structure and other agreements among members of the companies, as well as in all related tax matters.
